Up until June 2016, our meditation group had been organized and led for many years by Navodini Harmsen who moved last summer to France. We made a promise to continue the practice of meditation with this fabulous group, although we welcome new members each time.
Our search for a new guide went on until an IMFFA member, Alessandra Figliuoli, introduced us to Gaurav Singh. Since January 2017, the meditation sessions are guided by him.
You may have heard about the positive effects meditation has on our personal well-being. Perhaps you are curious, interested in finding out or would like a little encouragement to stay with your practice. Wherever you are in the journey, this is an invitation for you to come learn and explore the practice of meditation in a friendly, supportive atmosphere with like minded people.
The sessions are often held at one of our members’ home. No experience necessary. The session is open to a maximum of 15 people. We usually gather after the session with a light potluck lunch and the amazing and interesting discussions goes on!
